Nannette is a strong believer in the power of financial planning and its ability to transform people’s lives. That’s why she is passionate about taking a holistic approach to financial planning, considering a client’s entire financial picture—from short- to long-term goals, as well as life events. Intimately understanding our clients allows Nannette to provide the best possible financial planning guidance and sets them up to realize their financial dreams.
Nannette identified early on in her financial planning career that many people are set back when they experience an unplanned financial hardship like divorce. She made it a priority to learn as much as she could about providing sound advice to clients experiencing a divorce, and it remains a top focus area for her. Additionally, Nannette is passionate about setting parents up for success when it comes to saving for and making big decisions about college. She knows the experience has changed significantly over the years and wants to help people access the research and resources needed to make informed choices at a low cost. With this in mind, she published a book in 2019:, “Crazy College Money: Make Smart College Money Choices – Without The Crazy.”
Nannette has her MBA, as well as her CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional and Certified Divorce Financial Analyst (CDFA®) certifications. As director of planning services at Echo45 Advisors, she ensures the firm stays up to date with the latest developments and best practices in financial planning to offer the best experience possible for clients.
Nannette works remotely out of Carlsbad, CA, where she lives with her two children. Where can you find her when she’s not in the office? Nannette is likely playing a round of golf (she hopes to get her handicap down to single digits!), hiking, or enjoying a good book on the beach.
